Master Distiller Chris Fletcher and his team have crafted a one-of-a-kind whiskey by twice barreling it for a complex flavor. Enjoy the whiskey in its truest form straight from an Oloroso sherry cask, with a proof ranging from 106.1-107.8

“Our special release starts with 100% malted barley, which contains flavors of roasted nuts and toasted bread. We then grind and ferment the whole grain, distill it in our copper stills, and finally pass it through our traditional charcoal mellowing process. Its then matured in our brand new, charred oak barrels, to capture Jack Daniels signature taste of caramel and vanilla. It is then transferred into the finest quality Spanish Oloroso sherry casks from the Antonio Paez Lobato Cooperage for a minimum of two years and, finally, bottled straight from the cask at cask proof.
